Hey I think this is a great site but I do have a comment about the menu frame. You should probably make it smaller, there's too much un-used space. It would improve the layout of your site a lot, but I guess that's why they're resizeable though, but I'm a lazy, lazy man. Keep up the good work!

Every webmaster has their own tastes. I like the Frames because I like to add new sections to the site and I want the site to be as easy as possible to navigate through. I also have some more sections to add once I get them worked on. So instead of adding a link on every single page, I just do it on one and it appears on all of them. 8)
