I always thought playful bickering made a board more interesting and fun, as long as no one takes it too seriously, or goes too far.  I've enjoyed reading thru the threads where a little banter is going on.

I love AOD and Playboy, you're both  funny guys! You shouldn't argure or take each other seriously.

AOD, you may have been registered here for a long time, and you might be able to pull rank on PB, but in the same way, he's been here for a while and could easily pull rank on your friends. I've been here longer than PB and I could pull rank on him. What I'm trying to say is, it's not an issue as to who's been here longer. We don't make the rules or set the tolerance level here. Ken does.

Bottom line is, Ken has the final say on everything. Let's see what he has to say about this situation.

I don't want to see everyone at everyone's throats here,  because that does ruin a board.  I like all of you and I'd like for you all to remain here.  There is nothing wrong with joking as long as it doesn't get out of hand.  I guess people need to know when to stop and when not too.  I don't want to become like other webmasters and start banning like crazy because someone makes someone else mad, because I just don't like to do that.  I've banned one person on this board in the entire time the site has been open, and he/she was only banned for a week.

Anyway, I really don't have any rules.  You can do whatever as long as no one is disrespecting anyone.  Goofing off is all in fun.  Maybe it helps to place one of those smilie faces after your remark when you do make a remark to someone.  I do that to show that there is no harm in it.

Just remember, we are the people that make AHM what it is.  I just keep up with the updates and everything but it's up to all of us to keep the site alive, and you all have been doing a great job with keeping it alive.  When guests come to the site and check it out they see how we act and it gives them the reason to join or not.  We set the example for this place.  Anyway, enjoy posting here.  I don't want posters to be afraid that if they say one thing wrong they will get banned, that's just not cool.
