I didn't care about any of the albums in 2001. None of the bands I really like came out with anything. Though for 2002, the best album will be Cold's new album "Year of the Spider."

No, I just think that it'll be the best album of 2002. I've heard one song from it so far and it's excellent, so I am sure it'll be a great album. But there's no telling until it's released.

It may, but I'm still going to get it once it's released. Then you can hear what I think about it.

I kind of liked Stabbing Westwards' new CD. It was different but I thought it was quite good. Adema had a decent debut album, but it reminded me a lot of Korn. I like Slipknot's Iowa album, but it wasn't one I could listen to for very long before I had removed it from my player and haven't yet placed it back in. Stereomud had a good debut as well.
But overall, none of the albums released in 2001 really appealed to me. 2002 is going to be good though, new Korn and new Cold. Hopefully Cold can do what they did with their first 2 CD's and make another album where every song is amazing.

I heard one of the songs from the new Korn CD. I think it's called "Here to Stay" or something like that. It was really good.
