A few months ago, I spoke of a forgotten favorite on one of these boards, either dareals board, or johnny's. The flick is called Terror House, and I asked if anyone has ever seen it before. People, I can't keep my mind off this flick. Its' the story of a group of college girls who stop off for a bite to eat at an elderly couple and their grandson's house, only to find themselves being served on dinner plates, one by one. This flick was scary, scary , scary. It has a creepy butchering scene, that the director does not show to the audience. All we see is a closed door of the butcher room, and we hear the chopping sounds of a cleaver, doing work on human flesh. I beleive this flick made its' debut in either 1979 or 80.
Can't find it on video though.

sounds like a rip off of TCM and a few other films, but ill look for it.

cannibal films always stick in my mind too! Even books like Alive and Wagon Train West (the Donner party). Didn't see this one but I bet I'd love it.

I'm sure you will max. Playboy, I wouldn't quite say that it was a TCM rip off, even though it deals with a sick family. It's a bit unique, and it has a strange style that sets itself aside from Hills Have eyes, Last house and TCM.
Don't see it expecting to see a typical crazed cannibal film, people.
It's not.
