Finally there was somewhat of a decent episode. Well, it wasn't nearly as good as last night's Angel, but this episode wasn't all that bad. This really seems to have split the scoobs all up. At the end of the episode it seems as if Anya may just become a demon again. Xander has to deal with his issues. Hopefully he'll come to his senses soon enough though.
Next week's episode looks like it could be really cool. It seems like it'll be one of those that plays with your head. That doc. telling Buffy that she's been in a mental asylum for the past 6 years sounds like a wicked concept for a episode. Also, did you all notice that Joyce is going to be in it next week? Oh well, at least we are getting a new episode next week. Seeing Buffy will help while waiting to see the new episodes of Angel. Anyway, this was a decent episode and next weeks looks cool. What are everyone else's thoughts?

I really enjoyed this one! The whole Anya's family are circus freaks thing really was amusing! How else would you explain the bride's family looking the way they did? It annoyed me that Buffy was unhappy with Spike for bringing a date. Isn't she the one that dumped him? Near the end, this ep. left me in tears. The idea that someone's lies and interference could destroy a relationship was too sad. I was crying right along with Anya, and if she goes back to being a vengence demon, I hope she hits Xander and hits him hard. I guess I'm biased because I am a woman, and being dumped by someone you love really hurts! I only wish vengence demons were real!! ;D Next week's episode should be really interesting. Granted, I've seen this idea before, (didn't a similar thing happen to the capt. on deep space nine?) but BTVS has been getting better with each ep, so I'm sure next week's wont disapoint.

Yeah, next week's look great. Though the only bad thing is that there are around 5 or 6 episodes left this season and we still don't have a big bad! So, if Spike is going to go bad again he needs to do it quick. If Willow is going to lose control of her powers she needs to do it quick. Otherwise there isn't going to be a big bad this season.

I loved how Buffy was a little upset at seeing Spike with someone (it shows that she does have honest feelings for him). I want her to truly fall in love with him now instead of using him like she has been, but I doubt it will happen. I did think it was very gentlemanly of Spike to offer to leave with his date. Why can't the stupid bitch just love him for what he is!!
I really like the actor they got for Xander's father but I can't remember where I've seen him before? It's on the tip of my tongue! Xander has issues because of his family problems, not because of Anya, and he should have dealt with those issues long before coming to his wedding day. I hope she gets him good. I find her to be very annoying at times, but she was truly innocent in this and deserves VENGEANCE!!!
And yes GG, I have seen that plot device (Buffy in a hospital) used many times (most recently on Charmed). It worries me that Joss is running out of ideas and I'm disappointed now that he is doing an episode like that, but hopefully he will put a new spin on it so it won't be entirely predictable. I will continue to have faith in Joss since he's doing such a great job with Angel this year.
