Well, I just heard they are making this film. Olivia Hussey is returning as a detective who is investigating murders at the same sorrority that she was at in the original film. Stuart Allison, who wrote the film "Christina's House" has just finished writting this sequel. They are trying to get Bob Clark to direct this sequel. It will go straight-to-video in December 2002.
I am against this idea, the first was great and I don't think there needs to be a sequel. But I guess the good thing is that there may be a better DVD of Black Christmas with this sequel coming out. But I think the only way that would happen is if Black Christmas 2 was to go to theaters. Oh well, I'll still see it, but I doubt it'll be nearly as good as the original.
