I really enjoyed this episode of Angel. So far this year there really hasn't been a bad episode of Angel yet. It was good to see them bring Holtz back to the cast. Is the Gruslogg (or however you spell it) going to be a regular cast member? He wasn't in this episode, but they mentioned him. This was one of those episodes that gives us hints to the season finale, and at the rate this season is going is it possible that it could be a better overall season that Season 5 of Buffy? The final scene tonight was pretty cool with the earthquake, the fire, and the rain of blood. I doubt that Angel will eat his son, but Wesley believes it. Next week's episode looks really good with Wesley taking Angel's son away from him. This season can only coninue to get better. What did everyone else think of this episode?

Great show I thought. I thought Holtz seemed kinda pathetic though. I liked him better when he was surrounded by his "army". They showed him saving that main girl and falling on her so I'm sure that's the beginning of a new romance. And if so, then maybe he will fall in love and give up on Angelus. It pisses me off that he is focused on Angelus knowing DAMN WELL that ANGEL IS NOT ANGELUS. TWO DIFFERENT BEINGS FOR CHRISTS SAKE!
I am worried about Wesley if he kidnaps the baby. The talking hamburger said it forsaw pain and betrayal ahead for Wesley, but I think he may end up bringing it on himself by betraying Angel because he believes in the prophesy too much. I can't forget how they managed to do the prophesy with Darla killing herself and not actually "giving birth" so I'm sure Joss has some cool way to make the prophesy come true without harming the babe.

I'm really looking forward to see what all happens in this season of Angel. There is so much left to tell, and they are just flying through it. It has me wondering if the end of the world will be this season. We've had 2 seasons of Angel without any kind of end of the world battle, maybe this season will be it. I don't think Holtz and Kristine (I think that's her name) will have any kind of romance, because this season is half over and I am sure one or both of them will be killed by Angel. As for Wesley, maybe kidnapping the baby is the best thing. In season 1 they said Angel is a key player in the end of the world and in return will become human. Now in season 3 they have said that Connor is a key player in the end of the world too. If Angel ate the baby, then Connor wouldn't be much of importance, unless that is what is to bring about the end of the world. I was thinking during this episode of Angel. No one from the Angel cast has been killed yet, except for Doyle, but that was in the first season. Is it possible that a cast member will be gone from Angel? Maybe so, but then again, Angel doesn't want to be like Buffy. Hopefully he'll stay with the same cast. Things can only continue to get more interesting.

What is it exactly that Angel has gained over Buffy this season? I have also noticed that Angel seems to have more potential. I bet that Wesley dies, if any one. He seems to be the least important character right now. (He does a lot of work, but doesnt add much to the show in general). It would be really sad if Cordelia dies, but it would also be shocking. I am anxious to see how this season will end, I bet that It'll be more than just unexpected though....

Well, one thing I like about Angel this season is that Angel has a story for this season. Buffy still doesn't really have one. Each week Buffy has a different storyline, there hasn't really been much hint of a big bad yet. Angel introduced us to all of this early on in this season. Plus, the episodes have just been better made episodes in my opinion.
I agree, I think that something's going to go wrong and Wesley will get killed because of him trying to protect the baby. It's possible, but I would rather them all survive.

I liked him better when he was surrounded by his "army". I misytped and meant WASN'T not was lol. I guess I like loner rebel guys better. I agree that Angel is definitely heading somewhere this season while Buffy seems to be lost right now. It figures that the season they let Spike have her they seem to have lost their edge with the storylines Wesley may not seem as important to the crew right now but I would miss him if they killed him off. He's a good person who's just confused right now.
