Buffy has taken a job in fast food. When I saw the preview for this episode last week I was expecting this one to be another lame episode. Well I was surprised, I found myself enjoying this one. It kind of reminded me of that episode back in Season 2 when Xander joins the swim team and the swimmers turn into sea monsters. Well this episode had a nice little twist ending. Enya's friend was whacked, and after a while she started to get annoying. Amy really tried to mess up Willow, but Willow was able to overcome it. Willow said that since Amy gave her that power it is making it harder for her to resist. Maybe this'll lead up to Willow turning more bad again. Oh well, maybe she's not the big bad, but who knows.
Next week's episode looks like it could be excellent. Maybe this season of Buffy will start picking up. Buffy kills and innocent. That should be interesting.
Also, Angel wasn't on this week, and from what I read about next week's episode is that two demon lovers or something take over Angel and Cordelia's body.

I wasn't very happy with last night's ep. Surprisingly I didn't even like seeing Buffy & Spike going at it standing up outside by the wall. It just seemed very low class and sleazy. I want them to be lovers, not just using each other whenever the urge hits. Although it was touching how he tried to convince her to leave the job and she softened a little listening to him. It was obvious Anya's friend showed up because of the wedding although they made it look like she was summoned there to hurt Xander, but I agree it got annoying. I wonder if she's going to make Anya have 2nd thoughts? The only storyline I actually enjoyed at all was Willow and Amy. I hope next week is as intense as it looks to be.

we taped Buffy, and I finally had a chance to see it tonight. it was ok. I did think Spike warning Buffy about her job was sweet, but I kind of thought she would walk out with him the second time he showed up, not just have a quickie in the alley... and the villlian was a surprise; never would have thought the old lady was involved...

I totally agree with Ken..it was a good ep. and I'm hoping that season will pick up after this..btw, I loved that sea monster episode!
I also agree with Max about Spike and Buffy..but..Buffy had that whole lover/in love thing with Angel. I just can't see something similar happening between Buffy and Spike. Seems like what they have is a sexual attraction, some fondness for each other and not much else. I would attribute this affair to Buffy being 'different' after she was brought back from the dead, cuz before that, she had no interest in Spike what so ever.
