These movies are more fantasy/scifi than actual horror. I loved them as a kid and still enjoy them now. Between the minotaur, gorgons, cyclops, and warrior skeletons, I always had a good time watching them. Of course the special effects don't stand up anymore, but for their time they were quite special and still watchable in my opinion.

i loved the conan movies! i always thought of them as fantasy.
the old sinbad movies were cool, eve if the effects look cheesy now.
i personally never could get into clash of the titans. i don'r know why, i have seen the movie several times, but i never enjoyed it.

Maybe it was those scary looking lips of Harry Hamlin's....something too strange about that pair lol. What was your favorite Sinbad movie? I really liked the one with Jayne Seamour and the prince that turned into a baboon. I remember being quite thrilled when the evil witch's foot remained a seagull's.

Remember the one with the little genie kid Dweller? Did you find him annoying too? Although Cerebus the 3 headed dog was cool in it. Hope I'm not mixing them up too now!

Yea, I remember him max, annoying he was. My favorite was The Seven Voyages of Sinbad. I loved the scene when the woman was chained to a wall deep down in a dark cave, only to serve as pray to the half man half best who stood on 4 legs with a horn on his head. That scene was pretty wicked. All you could see was his shadow on the wall as he came lurking out. Till this day, I still think he was really after her breats, that the film directors exposed so much throughout the film

Judi, just focus on Hamlin's bod running around in the white skirt and you'll be fine with the cheesy effects 8)
