R.I.P. MTVX

Well, it turns out we've lost the one good music station there was, MTVX.  Now it has been replaced with MTVJ, which is MTV Jams.  I remember when MTV2 would play nothing but rock music, then they started playing a few rap videos and now that's all they are.  MTV sucks because they don't even play music anymore, well at least not when I'm watching it.  Now they have given another music station to the rap genre and that pisses me off.  I absolutely hate rap, how can I even give it a chance when all they do is shove it in our face?  I'm not going to bother with it, now that they've taken away the rock music station I won't even bother watching any of the music stations on TV.

yes its too bad the majority of rap out there today does suck.Theres a few gems but mosta the shit thats on mtv2 sux yes.Too much yellin, not enough flowin, not enough good producers.Music as a whole is in a quandry right now, at least we have mtv though cuz I never listen to radio.

Doesn't do much for me, the bastards took mtv away from us anyway even with digital, and rap is 100 times better then rock, i wish i had that station now.

Well, I never was a fan of rap, I prefer rock.  And with them taking away rock, I will never even try to give rap a chance.

They can't take away the music I love in order for me to listen to rap, I just won't turn that station on.  I have CD's and I listen to them when I'm driving.  Also, because of this they need to keep Kazaa open so we can hear new music from bands.

Sorry dude, Rap isn't my style and taking away the music I like just makes me hate it more.
